We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Returns or refunds are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered), or
- The item arrived defective or damaged.
In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Report an Issue
To report a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at support@tinyolivelb.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Any items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only within 3 days of delivery, provided that the item:
- Is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when it was delivered
- Has all original tags attached
- Is in its original packaging
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection and approval.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
